My path into women's health began with a simple belief: women deserve care that honors both the physiology of the body and the wisdom of the whole person.

Over the past eight years, I've worked in multidisciplinary healthcare settings alongside physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and licensed therapists, gaining experience in clinical documentation, patient education, care coordination, trauma-informed practice, and integrative medicine.

During my time at ShaMynds Healing Center for Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, I helped develop clinical treatment protocols, managed complex patient care, and created the SOMA integrative treatment program, blending yogic therapy, clinical herbalism, and Vedic astrology within a structured clinical setting. 

Alongside my clinical experience, I have spent years studying ayurvedic medicine, clinical herbalism, yogic philosophy, Vedic astrology (Jyotiṣa), and women's reproductive health. I trained in Clinical Herbalism through the North American School of Medical Herbalism. And worked at the California College of Ayurveda, where I formualted medicated oils, ghees, capsules and churnas for ayurvedic doctors nationwide. I continue my education through nursing school while on my birth Doula journey.

Today, I founded Nakshatra Beauty to bring these worlds together.

My work is rooted in evidence-informed anatomy and physiology while drawing upon thousands of years of Ayurvedic medicine and Vedic wisdom traditions.

Whether supporting conception, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, miscarriage, aboriton, women's common gynecological complaints, hormonal health, or women's vitality- my intention is to provide care that is deeply individualized, clinically informed, weaved with ancient wisdom.

I believe birth is more than a medical event. It is a physiological process, an emotional transformation, and one of life's most sacred transitions. Every woman deserves to feel educated, supported, and empowered throughout that journey.
