What are the contraindications? Are Oils Safe for internal use?
Generally, medicated oils are very gentle, safe, and effective to use.
Patch Test!:
The best way to know if your body will be okay with this product is to patch test. Open and ovule and dap a little oil on your inner wrist wait 1-3 days. If there are no adverse reactions, you should be good to go! Always be sure to consult your Gynecologist before hand or Primary Care Physician.
Contraindications:
Pre-Pregnancy, Pregnancy, Breast Feeding, IUD, Hepatic Disease, Epeleptic Disease, Stop Remedy Immediately if Jaunice, Excessive Sweating, NAUSEA, or Liver Pain Occur, Liver disease, Blood Thinners, SSRI's, Note that-oils break down latex condoms. Do not use if there is an oozing wound in or near vagina.

HOW DO I USE MY MEDICATED OIL YONI OVULES?
Step 1. Find a comfortable, quiet pace.
Step 2. Set the space-Lay a towel or sheet down you don't mind if a small amount of oil leaks on, or wear a panty liner.
Step 3. Prop up hips- Put a bolster or pillow under the hips, and lay with feet touching and knees knocked open (Suptabhadakonasana).
Step 4. Insert 1 Ovule all the way up to the Cervix.
Step 5. Relax for 30 minutes-1 hour for best results.
Important Note* if you find that the ovules are not melting, your basal temp. may be too cold, simply dip the ovule in warm water immediately before use.

CAN I USE OILS AND HONIES DURING SEX?
Yes. However, note that oils do break down latex condoms. Be sure your partner is not allergic to any of the ingredients. These oils are supportive of the immune system and moisturisation and are great to use during intimacy.

Can I use with an IUD?
How about Pregnancy or Breastfeeding?
The answer is No. Oils have a propensity to break down metals like copper. Please do not use this product if you have an IUD & Although medicated oils are generally gentle, it is not recommended for use while pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding. Please always be sure to consult with your primary care physician before use.
Will this throw off my Vaginal PH?
Great question! Generally if you are already fighting a viral infection, or STD, you vaginal PH may already be challenged and most likely is already 'off'. Generally oils run more alkaline. at A PH range of about 4. We suggest using oils no more than 3 days in a row if you are not battleing viral infections or STD's. If you are battling viral infections of STD's we suggest a full moon cycle. A suppoistory a night for 28 days. Re test your PH each week using a PH test you find online. If you are using oils and ovules purely for stimulation or pleasure, be sure to take a break in between uses (3 or so) and monitor your PH regularly.
Can I use when I am bleeding?
Due to the purgative nature of menstruation, it is recommended ayurvedically, to allow all energy to flow downwards, and not put anything to create an upward flow of energy. However, AMAVASYA pain relief ovules are indicated for menstrual pain and secondary dysmenorrhea. So, it is advised to use if you are in a lot of pain and need supportive relief!
